Role Overview

This role will work across all our pharmaceutical accounts. As the account analyst there will be client SLAs and KPIs to monitor, but the role will also include internal reporting relating to lead times, GP, OP, time booked vs time billed and helping identify where process improvements can increase GP.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage Client Global inbox daily and adhere to SLA of 24 hour response rate
  • Process information obtained in briefing form to complete SOW
  • Ensure Procim is updated to reflect accurate data including budget, rates, fees etc
  • Run daily Atrium reports and rectify within 24 hours
  • Take ownership of SLA tracker to ensure it is up to date and send reminders to the team where necessary
  • Monitor rebate, cost savings and negotiation tracking
  • Deliver customer satisfaction survey, chase and record feedback
  • Carry out reconciliation reviews (financial) and document checks
  • Prepare and analyze quarterly reports on all SLAs
  • Work closely with Finance on project financials
  • Monitor revenue, cost and GP levels on individual projects
  • Provide weekly summary snapshot reporting of enquiry activity, volumes, GP, changes, trends and forecasts
  • Have a proactive approach to the role to support the Account team, Delivery team, Group Head of Strategic Accounts and Head of Operational Excellence deliver profitable projects and accounts.

Job requirements

Experience Required

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following experience:

Essential:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Accuracy
  • Ability to monitor, track and report large volumes of data
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong Excel skills (pivots, vlookup, spreadsheet analysis)
  • Accounting experience would be a benefit

Desired:

  • Accounting experience (P&L/variance analysis/project accounting)
