As an agency, we elevate these brands and make them heard through immersive and memorable virtual and face 2 face experiences.

Our name? It’s Strata, an agency on a mission to be the very best. This means we always want to hear from the very best creative and intelligent souls who genuinely believe that every moment matters.
Job Overview
We’re looking for an exceptional Group Executive Assistant to partner directly with our Group CEO. This is not a traditional diary-management role; you’ll act as a strategic right hand: managing board interactions, maximising the Group CEO’s time, and driving impact on projects and events.
This role sits at the heart of Strata, providing leverage across board management, investor relations, external engagement, and project execution. It’s a high-trust position where judgement, discretion, and pro activity are critical.
Job requirements
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following experience:
Enabling board & investor management by overseeing logistics, materials, and follow-ups; acting as a key liaison with board members and investors.
Maximising time & prioritisation by structuring the Group CEO’s calendar to balance strategic focus, external engagement, and personal time.
Leveraging conferences & events by identifying priority contacts, securing meetings, and preparing concise briefing notes with context and talking points.
Driving project support by taking ownership of initiatives such as research, vendor comparisons, and due diligence support, while ensuring execution across stakeholders.
Providing executive support by coordinating travel, logistics, and personal commitments seamlessly while handling sensitive matters with absolute discretion.
Acting as the first point of contact by managing emails and ensuring timely and accurate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Drafting reports & presentations by preparing new materials and reviewing existing documents to ensure they are polished, accurate, and error-free.
Meeting Support, including Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
The Candidate
Extensive experience as a Group Executive Assistant supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive (ideally within a high-growth, events agency environment).
Proven ability to operate confidently in boardroom and investor settings.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with a clear focus on business impact.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting concise, accurate materials.
A track record of building trusted relationships and exercising sound judgement.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Employee Benefits
25 days annual leave, plus usual Bank Holidays
Private Health Insurance*
Workplace pension scheme
Death in service scheme
Cycle to work scheme
Hybrid working arrangement
Regular social events
*Upon successful completion of a 6-month probation period
