  • Oversee technical budgets, quotations, procurement, and cost tracking.

  • Ensure all suppliers deliver to agreed standards, timelines, and compliance requirements.

Client & Internal Collaboration

  • Act as a senior technical point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycles.

  • Work collaboratively with producers, creatives, and project managers to ensure technical feasibility.

  • Attend client meetings, pitches, and rehearsals; contribute technical expertise and solutions.

Onsite Leadership

  • Oversee technical load‑in, build, rehearsal, and show delivery.

  • Manage onsite technical teams and ensure safe working practices.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in high‑pressure environments.

  • Deliver events to exceptional standards, maintaining a calm, solutions‑focused approach.

Compliance, Safety & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all events comply with health & safety regulations, risk assessments, and industry standards.

  • Maintain strong working knowledge of current technologies, best practices, and industry trends.

  • Drive continuous improvement in production processes and technical delivery.
