Job Title: Senior Event Producer
Location: London – Hybrid (plus travel as required)

Job Overview
The Senior Producer is a senior leader within the agency, responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-profile events and experiences. This role combines strategic thinking, project management, creative collaboration and financial accountability to deliver exceptional work that exceeds client expectations whilst driving profitability and long-term client growth. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, own client relationships and ensure projects are delivered seamlessly, from concept through to execution and post event wrap-up.
Job requirements
Project Leadership & Delivery
Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple & concurrent projects, ensuring excellence across all stages (pitch, planning, execution and wrap-up).
Clearly define project timelines, R&Rs, communication and delivery frameworks.
Ensure seamless coordination across all teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
Oversee all production elements including logistics, technical and onsite execution.
Ensure robust planning, risk management and contingency strategies are in place.
Lead onsite delivery, including build and derig.
Act as the senior decision-maker on site, with a solutions-focused and proactive approach.
Client Leadership & Growth
Act as the senior day-to-day client lead, building strong & trusted relationships.
Translate client objectives into clear, actionable project goals.
Identify opportunities for growth and repeat business.
Lead client communications including reporting & presentations.
Creative Collaboration
Partner closely with the Creative team from pitch through to delivery.
Contribute to ideation and ensure concepts are deliverable within budget and timeline.
Champion innovation in production, technology and experience design.
Commercial & Financial Ownership
Own project budgets from creation through to reconciliation.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed budgets while maximising margins.
Oversee cost estimation, supplier negotiations and procurement processes.
Manage financial reporting, invoicing and payment tracking in collaboration with Finance.
Ensure timely project reconciliation.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, motivate and develop junior team members.
Create a collaborative environment where creativity and accountability thrive.
Provide mentorship and support to build team capability.
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
Source, negotiate and manage third-party suppliers and partners.
Oversee contracts, RAMS and compliance documentation.
Build and maintain a strong network and knowledge of trusted suppliers, including venues.
Operational Excellence
Drive best practices in project management, documentation and communication, following Wonderland’s processes.
Maintain and oversee key project documentation including timelines, run of show and final event briefs.
Ensure creative & project execution meet the highest standards.
Evaluation & Innovation
Lead post-event evaluation including reporting, insights and client feedback.
Capture learnings and drive continuous improvement across the team and agency.
